When Albert was five years old, his father gave him a compass. He was filled with wonder when he discovered that the compass needle always pointed in the same direction, to the north. This made him think that something deeper was behind things and perhaps lead to his brilliant career. His major accomplishments have given today’s scientists ample information about our universe and helped men getting into space and knowing more about the Earth, Sun as well as the Stars.
The Accomplishments of Albert Einstein are many and varied. They range from discoveries of the mysteries of the universe to being a promoter of peace and freedom of expression in a time of fear of communism. As a scientist, Albert Einstein contributed into the four major areas of science respectively Light, Time, Gravity and Energy. He is well known for his brilliant contributions in the field of physics and in particular, famous for the theory of relativity. Einstein took a massive step to begin revolution in human understanding of light, the atom- smallest particle of an element, time, space, motion and matter.
Albert Einstein’s principle related to energy, mass of the particle and speed of light is considered as the most revolutionary discovery. He proposed that energy is equal to the multiple of mass of the particle and square of the speed of the light. (E=mc2). This equation provides the base of atom bomb, but Albert Einstein never wished to create such devastating device. He is usually blamed, as the inventor of ‘atom bomb’ but there was no evidence to support this allegation.
