Prince William is the heir to the British throne and the eldest son of the late Princess Diana and Prince Charles. His name at birth was William Arthur Philip Louis Windsor. He is the grandson to the current Queen Elizabeth 11and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Prince William was born on 21st of June 1982 at St Mary’s Hospital Paddington; London. He was christened by Archbishop Dr Robert Runcie at Buckingham Palace on August Fourth 1982. |

His Parents divorce in1996 and the tragic death of his mother is the saddest events in his life that left him loathing the press due to the coverage they gave.
William got his first education at Mrs. Mynor’s Nursery school in West London between1985 and 1987.
Prince William attended Wetherby School in London between January 1987 and July 1990 in Kensington. In 1990, he joined Ludgrove School in Berkishire where he remained until July 1995.On the same month he enrolled for A-Level studies at Eton College where he majored on Geography, Biology and History.
William joined St Andrews University in Fife, Scotland for a Geography degree course where he graduated in 2005.Prior to joining university; he had spent a one year break getting the feel of life.
After graduating he joined public life to gain work experience and later joined the Royal Military School in Sandhurst as a Cadet Officer. He got commissioned as an army officer in 2006 December in front of his grandmother and joined the household cavalry in the position of a second Lieutenant.
Queen Elizabeth 11 appointed Prince William as a Royal Knight Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter on April 23rd 2008.
