Serene William’s success ladder is rugged with trial and failure. Wining 7 singles in women’s double and 2 in mixed doubles, Serena Jameka Williams scooped the world number two tennis player title after losing the game to her sister Venus Williams in 10th November 2008.
During the year 1991, Serena Williams was still a junior tennis player. She joined national junior tennis team amidst her fathers’ fears on racism. She later joined a school team in Florida at Greenleaf resort and conference centre managed by Rick Macci. Later, Macci became the family coach for Venus and Serena Williams.
Shocking, Serena Williams had a talent to play tennis. At age fourteen, she won many titles in non-World Tennis Association events due to her underage. Her first success landed in Chicago, she won matches and ranked position 304 across the world after defeating Monica Sales and Mary pierce.
Serena Jameka Williams began playing professionally in 1998 when she qualified for the World Tennis Association event participation age. She ranked among twenty best players in Sidney.
Serene Williams attended her first international tournament Grand Slam, but lost to her sister Venus Williams. Currently, she has won eighteen Grand Slam titles and lives in Palm Beach garden in Florida.
